Up for auction is a Licensing and Merchandising Style Guide created for Hanna-Barbera's classic series, "Dexter's Laboratory !" In the mid-late nineties, after Hanna-Barbera was folded into Warner Bros., their Licensing Department took over the exploitation of the H-B characters. This was their first attempt at handling the characters. This is NOT a set of animators' model sheets -- although they may have used certain model sheet poses when establishing this guide. Also, new art was created for the series' characters. The result is this pack of art up for auction today. This is one of several Licensing Style Guides I have for auction this week. Here's what you get: A separate sheet of character art poses for the main characters that appeared weekly in this series. There are 44 separate pages featuring pose suggestions, character turn-arounds, expressions, attitudes, etc., for the following characters: Dexter (17 pages), Dee Dee 10 pages), Mom (1 page), Dad (1 page), Mandark (3 pages), Dexter in various suits contraptions Group Situations (5 pages), Size Relationship Chart, Logos, Color Reference, and more! In addition, as a BONUS, you get TWO full-color 8 X 10 photos featuring the series' characters and each character's Color Breakdown !!! The Style Guide Art measure 8-1/2" X 11" and is printed on premium glossy paper for this auction. Items such as this are extremely rare and were NEVER available in stores.
