| Wacky Races Figure Set by HB & Heatt-Quig. I don't know much about this set and purchased it 20 years ago from a company called Toyzz. They look similar to the Konami ones but the bottom of the cars say "HB & Heatt-Quig". They are all about 1 to 1/2 inches long and are really accurately detailed. There are a total of 5 cars and the other small pieces that came with the set including the base. They have been on display for a long time in a non-smoking home and they come complete with all the pieces that are in the photos.
